Detailed Coastline Information
The detailed coastline information includes landmarks with geographical names, allowing easy check on own ship’s current position and fishing grounds.
Displaying Various Info
The JLZ-700 allows displaying various types of information, including the topographic features of sea bottoms, user data on fishing grounds and navigational information. JRC uses unique marks, symbols and lines that clearly differentiate fish-breeding reef, sunken ship, sea bottom topology or prohibited districts.
Easy entry by trackball
The cursor operation that can be operated by use of a trackball allows any mark or symbol to be entered in an easy way.
Flexible Display Operation
The display menu can be quickly enlarged, scaled or scrolled easily at your own convenience. While watching the coastlines and fishing ground data, you can search for a target fishing ground simultaneously. The JLZ-700 is dimmable, allowing you to adjust your display preference at once.
JRC DGPS Receiver Connectable
A JRC differential GPS receiver, which is optionally available, can be connected directly to the JLZ-700 color plotter to ensure your position with a high accuracy of several meters.
Variable Display
The JLZ-700 echo sounder consists of a processor and keyboard (also 10.4inch LCD as option), allowing for a flexible installation approach in confined spaces. You can rotate and tilt the 10.4inch option display unit for optimized viewing. A second display is possible with only one processor, using the optional RGB video output (CAD-239).
Navigational Info on the Same Screen
The JLZ-700 color plotter can be connected to a GPS or DGPS receiver, and display the ship’s own position, trail, waypoints, destination and coastlines, in color at a glance. The JLZ-700 is a very useful tool for enhancing your efficiency of fishing operations and safety of navigation.
